We will take you through the basics, like how to price your services; handle phone calls and enquiry forms, quotations; confirmation procedures and taking deposits. Then there’s invoicing, simple accounts and book-keeping, general admin, keeping data, self-employment registration, basic marketing and social media. There will be lots of handouts and practical advice!
