2. Ordering and Payment
All prices are listed in UK pound sterling. We accept Paypal and bank transfers. Full payment is required at checkout. Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes, but please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
3. Shipping and Delivery

· Shipping fees are calculated at checkout
· Orders are processed within 5 – 7 days
· Delivery times vary based on location. Please allow 3-7 business days within the UK, and 7-21 business days internationally
4. Returns and Refunds
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:
· You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
· Items must be unused and in their original packaging
· Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
· Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned items
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days with a photo and description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
